Established patient appointment requests

Sick child appointments that require care within the next week can be made by calling our office at 808-263-8822 during office hours.

Well child and non-urgent care appointments that will be scheduled more than a week in advance can be made by requesting an appointment online. If you need an appointment sooner than a week, please call our office at 808-263-8822 during office hours and our staff will assist you.
