This website

Our online patient forms send your answers directly and securely to our office. Nothing you type into a form is saved on your device. The patient portal is provided by Elation (Passport), and online bill payment is provided by DrsBill. Each service is governed by its own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. When you send an online form or use our scheduling chat, Google reCAPTCHA checks that you are a person and not an automated program, and it may set cookies to do so. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can review your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
